I prefer to stay at this Comfort Inn (on Michael Street) because many of my meetings are within that local area and is a quick drive back and forth. I usually only have a coffee or toast but the selection is good when I have had breakfast.

Facility was cleaner than one would think. The hallways always smelled clean which is a plus. The breakfast was hot. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. Bathroom was cleaner than most hotels. Room smelled clean and not musty or used like most motels. Bed was comfy and bedding was clean.

Rooms were basic but very comfortable. Fridge, microwave, snacks in the lobby, close to bike trails, shopping mall within walking distance. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was adequate, with eggs and bacon. Especially liked the night light in the bathroom.

I was out most of the time due to my work schedule but when I was in my room, I was comfortable. I would have preferred to have been on the west side of the hotel because large trucks were parked at the main entrance and they were starting up and warming up very early in the morning.

Location was pretty good. The price was just right. Felt safe. Every room had been remodeled recently and very clean.

Receptionist is friendly. Glad they called me before canceling my room. Check at was at 3 pm and didn’t arrive to the hotel until 11:30 pm. Receptionist is very accommodating.

This hotel was nice and quiet. the breakfast was very good and the room was updated and looked wonderful.The staff were very polite. We spend 4 days exploring Ottawa and the Byward Market is great to visit.The location of the hotel is also great.Close to everything.

It was comfortable and budget friendly. The stay included a decent breakfast. There was on site parking.

The beds were very confortable and clean. The pillows were great! The breakfast had a good variety of choices. The place looks nice. The receptionists were gentle. A good parking area.

Traveling back from New Brunswick we wanted a hotel that served a hot breakfast and was right off Hwy.417. This hotel fit the criteria. It was a reasonable price, very clean, big thick towels and a tasty hot breakfast. It is definitely on my list to stay in again.
